2. Eligibility
- Store owners must provide valid business information.
- Users must be authorized by their store to join the workspace.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
3. User Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Use the platform legally and professionally
- Only upload receipts/invoices you have permission to share
Workers acknowledge that:
- Store owners may view their task activity and uploaded documents
- Owners manage employee permissions (role-based access)
4. Business Owner Responsibilities
- Ensuring invited team members consent to join
- Managing correct roles and access
- Complying with employment and workplace laws
5. Platform Rights
We may:
- Approve or reject business applications
- Suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or security risks
- Modify features or updates as needed
6. Limitation of Liability
ShopTask is provided “as-is”. We are not responsible for:
- Losses caused by incorrect data entered by users
- Loss of business revenue
- Delays or downtime in third-party services (Supabase, email providers)
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (if any).
7. Termination
We may terminate access for:
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity
- Abuse of the platform
- Violations of the Terms
Users may request account deletion at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
